Leila Mahouachi

With more than twenty years’ experience gained at the bar as well as within companies, institutions and cantonal administration, Leila Mahouachi combines strong legal expertise with a keen understanding of economic, organisational and human realities.

Her practice focuses primarily on individual and collective employment law, corporate law, association and foundation law, contract law and administrative law. Strategic advice, negotiation, drafting and review of contracts, structuring of legal entities, representation before judicial and administrative authorities: her involvement is tailored to the nature and scope of each matter.

Her experience within strategic and operational management, in particular at the Fédération des entreprises romandes (FER Genève), gives her a practical understanding of governance issues: she helps executives and governing bodies align their legal and organisational structure with their strategy, facilitate decision-making and anticipate risk, for the sustained and lasting development of their organisation.

Leila Mahouachi advises private and institutional clients — individuals, SMEs, international groups, associations and foundations. Beyond one-off advice, she engages with each mandate on a long-term basis, acting as a partner attentive to the broader issues and complexity involved, allowing clients to remain focused on their core activities.
