Grégory Lachat

With nearly fifteen years’ experience as a member of the Geneva Bar, Gregory represents and advises clients in complex cases involving several jurisdictions, including China, Brazil and the Gulf States.

His practice covers all forms of commercial litigation, including corporate and contract law, white collar crime, international mutual assistance in criminal matters, asset recovery, debt collection and bankruptcy.

Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2010, he is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, in particular its Civil Law Commission, the Swiss Society of Jurists, the Geneva Business Law Association and the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.

Gregory also holds judicial office as deputy judge at the Civil Court of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, and is a financial intermediary affiliated to the Self-Regulatory Authority of the Swiss Bar Association (SRO SBA).

He co-founded the Angelozzi Lachat law firm in Geneva in 2023.
